Feb 13th, 2008 my husband bought me a brand new car that had XM Radio in it. I called Sirius to cancel my Sirius Radio... They said I would have my refund check in 9 weeks
I waited until April 17th... Spoke to Joe, who told me he could find nothing in my account requesting a refund of $92.62... He said he would put in a claim for my refund. At this time he wanted my Credit Card #.. Which I refused to five... I paid my bill by check I expect a check for my refund.
I called again May 1st... Spoke to Francis who told me I would have my full refund by May 21st... No check by June 9th... Called them back. Spoke to a 'lady' who promised a check in my hands by June 16th
Nothing by June 16th... Again I called... Spoke to Jake and his "supervisor" Steven, they told me my check was issued April 21st and I should have it by June 23rd... Today is June 23rd and I am still waiting... I was told today by Joe & Francis the they are very sorry for the trouble I am going through. I asked them to put a 'Stop Payment' on last check issued and send me a new check... To which I was told.."Oh no way can we do that".. I asked if he was in NYC at Sirius headquaters and was told "NO"... I asked 'where are you' to which he replied 'Costa Rica"... I rest my case! I just want my refund... It has been long enough.
