Been trying since October '05 to resolve issue. Placed a verbal order for 4 phones @ $250.00 each with rebates to equal $250.00 for each phone. Phones arrive with charge of $199.00 each and no rebate offered.inqurey made with company and was told they would look into issue and extend rebates and/or correct the charge. Weeks and now monthes have gone by and still no rebate or correction to the charge.
Credit card company not much help as it claims not to get involved in a rebate issue.inphonic offered to review the audio tape as I am confident the tape would confirm the offer that I had responded to. Since then no more response.
I'm going to file a suit and claim damages for consumer fraud as the charge and the offer were not as I had accepted. This company is a fraud!
