A quality flooring came into our house to refinish our harwood floors. Part of the job was moving the furniture, we noitced several deep scratching on our china cabinet, which we brought to the owners attention. He said he would take care of it, after they made the repairs to the floors there was a balance of $1260
The owner asked for another $1000 leaving a balance of $260 and told us he would have someone out to repair the cabinet. After 2 weeks of waiting we called the owner of a quality flooring and he gave us numbers to call furniture repair guys
We had the guys he gave us come out and they gave us an estimate of $350 - $500. We called a quality flooring with the information and told him he came in to fix one problem only to leave us with another problem.
He then promised he would make sure our china cabinet was fixed. We have been unable to reach the company since.
