Value Plus membership Services Un-notified automatic membership enrollment

If you have not read my report for "Vital Solutions" please read that first - then come back here to complete the story. It begins with Vital solutions.

Once I have finished my second contact with Vital Solutions I called Value Plus. When i called he cancelled the membership immediately and I conned him into sending me an email confirmations (I really wanted this). I know now we are being scammed, but suspect it is thesame people behind both Vital Solutions and ValuePlus. So my quest is to find out who, and hopefully why. A web search turns up nothing for either company name, I tried the phone lookup, reverse phone lookup, the email lookup all of it. ButI had one other thing to do, counting on human nature.

Human Nature: what i am counting on is getting an email, probably won't be able to trace that because of gateways and all. But I believe if i send an email to him after that point, a reply to his, and piss him off enough he will forget for a moment that he must log into the service or go to the gateway server to have the protections.in other words, if he just hits reply it will come directly from his network to me, and i can trace it. I believe, when he gets pissed off he will forget and just hit reply and shut me up to get me off his case.

Just as I suspect, the email confirmation came to me and was traced to a service that was www.vresp.com. So they have created a business via this service not to advertise the company to generate sales, but to hide behind the service for emailing purposes. Nice Try!
I replied to the email asking a host of questions, and to this he replied " Account is close and you will be refunded."

He never acknowledged the questions.
So I began tracing this email, it did not come through the service, just as I was hoping.instead it came from [email protected] which I learned has a gateway via gateway. Provell.com

Now I had a company to lookup, and the rest of this report can be found there, Below are listed my other related reports filed on this site.
At this point though, I began to kind of profile these companies.

Common Factors:
1. Used debit card
2. Under wife's name
3. Got name backwards (FirstName=Last Name, LastName=First Name)
4. Both for memberships
5. Both memberships ordered on 12/5
6. Both began to bill same month December
7. Neither contacted us at any time prior or after order was placed.
8. Neither has information available to the public that I am aware of in any form, Print, radio, television, website, phone book, catalog, or outbound phone calls.

In my mind (being an analytical person, there is no such thing as a coincidence - only the revealing of patterns and common factors in events. Hence, what is revealed here is concidered the Unlikely but if that is all that remains then it must be the truth.
