I ordered a dozen roses for my wife for Valentine's Day and nothing was delivered. My wife sat at work depressed watching all her co-workers receive flowers and gifts. I attempted contacting the company ALL day on Feb. 14th for the status of the order - NO ANSWER. I attempted to email - NO ANSWER.
She comes home very dissappointed in me, and I had to apologize for VIRTUALFLOWERS.com unacceptable service. I attempted to contact them the next day - nothing. And were the flowers sent? NO. Their customer service is a nightmare and I'm out $100! I've emailed them, faxed them and called them, and nothing.
