I ordered a dozen long stem roses on January 29, for delivery to my wife on Valentine's Day. The cost of $107 was immediately charged to my credit card. My wife always calls me to thank me for flowers delivered to her. When I had not heard from her by 4:00 pm, I checked with her and learned they had not arrived. I immediately called the FTD.com customer service line and received a message that there was a 60 MINUTE wait time! I went to their online order status inquiry area and submitted a request for delivery information and received the information that order status info is not available until the end of each day and so I would not receive a response until the next day! Unbelievable. It is now February 15 and the customer service line is still informing me that there is a 60 MINUTE wait today. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes so far—and I have not received a response to my online inquiries from yesterday and today. Yes, I am embarrassed and angry, my wife is disappointed, and this company's customer service is abysmal.
