First of all am a parent that has grown kids. And i also have a disable son. And trying to take time out, to go holiday shopping friday morning at 5am to enjoy my day i'm feeling good coming from macy's, mervyn's, victoria secret. Hallmark was on my list as well. Going into hallmark from the inside of the lakewood entrance mall, a young lady is standing near the door entrance greeting some of the customer. I walk pass her and said hi i wanted to look at the keepsake that records your voice for my son. She was right next to them, so i ask the worker which ones recored the voice she told me. There was other customer on the other aisles. She, the worker did not go over to see what the other customers was doing around the other aisles. I was very observing. When i began to go to the other aisles she began to follow me every step, why do i feel the way because, i would go to the area where she was, and the she would go back by the keepsake ornaments in that area. And everytime i go to another aises and look at something she leaves the keepsake area, and start acting like she putting the card in order. So i tested her. I went by her she stayed there, i went back to look at the reindeers and the sented candles on the other aisles again there she is fixing the same cards in order again. I felt so discriminated because she did not treat the other customers in that way and they we're all white customers. So i went to the front of the store and ask the other workers who is the manager, and the young lady and man at the register said shes the manager, it turns out that the person that discriminated me was the manager of hallmark store i was so hurt and upset. The smile left my face i left the lakewoodmall i been a shopper at that mall for twenty years. I don, t want to go near that store now and am not done with my shopping. At the lakewood mall center i never got my keepsake ornament for my sons christmas tree.
