I recently had to use this service for calls from a Jail in Marietta Georgia. I used my cellphone and PRE PAID, so tell me How i have a Balance? @ $1.75 a Call. So they let the Jail call twice when No money on the Phone? You CANT TALK TO A HUMAN TO HEAR ANYTHING EXCEPT WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO!!! I am going to research this and see what i can find out... Also, we pay at Krogers service desk and we dont have to pay the 50.00 min. That they say u have to. Its not so bad as far as price here... Only 1.75 per 30 min call. I hate companies that dont have HUMANS...
