About a month ago 12-08-05 i call to cancel the service of Direct digital TV. They told me that everything was OK and that i would have to send t he equipment back in other to receive my refund, and that it will take 10 days. I call back about two weeks and ask about my refund, this time they told me that the person who help me the first time did not put the cancellation on file, and that i will have to wait another 4 days to get my money back. I wait it about a week, but this time when i call back they told me that they need the tracking number from the return box. I did not have that number. They told that it was OK because it was on file, so again i will have to wait another 4 days. I wait it another week, by this time i had it because when i call again, another excuse. I had call this people about 15 times no exaggeration.
