I recently ordered earthlink true voice for home phone use, which seemed a good idea and maybe it will be. My problem is that when i ordered service, i chose overnight shipping $39.95.
I thought, that meant, that i would get my equipment the next day. I was wrong. My account was set up the same day, which does me no good without the equip. I contacted earthlink about shipping and was told it would take 24 hours before i can get a tracking #. Then wait for delivery of my equip. Package. Which means i paid for misleading overnight shipping.
Bottom line they've got my money and i have no equipment to use the service that is now activated. So for anyone ordering their service, save your money, you won't get faster delivery, just faster drain on your bank account.
