I rented a matress from rentway. It became stained. I had asked them to take it back. Twice they told me they would pick it up but did not. I was lied to by the manager of the store saying I had said I'd had it cleaned. I said no such thing. My income has changed as well and I cannot afford to pay for this bed otherwise.
I was treated very rudely, lied to, and dehumanized in this process. I figure if they can afford to have the matress cleaned then why can't they do it.
I want closure on this case. I was told it would be a police thing by manager then before that he said he'd sue me. Well I am an ssi recipient. You can't get blood out of a stone. I told them to wait for next week and that I'd pay up on it. They said they could not wait.

PS. When I recieved mattresss I was told it had never been used before and was completely new. It had no plastic cover on it, which if it had had one, I would've kept it on.
