I have also been scammed by this "company". My bill was over 800.00 and when I called Verizon, I had to call twice and speak to 2 different people. The second person I spoke to was nice enough to explain what had happened and removed the charges back to November. He arranged to send me some copies of some of the bills back to 2002.
I never realized Ridley had taken the place of my permanent calling card company until I spoke with this person and checked it out. I, like the rest of you am furious, I lost my card last week and cannot make any calls now and I believe this deserves a class action lawsuit to this Mark W. Kelley. And I also think something must be done about these companies allowing things like this to happen without our handwritten consent. Computers and the internet are great but when it allows us to be used without our knowledge or consent something has to be done to protect our rights.
