On Nov 22 I went to pickup my brand new Xbox 360 at the EB Games in the Monmouth Mall in Eatontown, NJ. I was told by the Store Manger there that I would be able to play ALL reg. Xbox games on the 360 with nothing else needed. I was given many Xbox games (Reg.) for the 360 as a Gift. When I went to play them on the 360, the game could not be read. When I called up the main offices of Eb games on Dec., 26 I was told I would get to speak with Garret Panitch. Mr. Panitch is a dist. Manager for the EB games in the state of NJ. When he did call be back I told him what had happened. He told me, my people did not give you any wrong info. Most Games are playable on the 360 he said he also went on to say any good business would take back those games. He also told me to use the membership to xbox live that didn't come with the 360 for the downloads. What Mr. Panitch did not say was how to return games to a business for a cash refund if they where opened all ready. You could also hear Mr. Panitch in the backround talking on the phone with the EB Games in the MonmouthM mall (Eatontown, NJ) saying to them YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST. I then said I think I should get some comp for what I was out, he then said I hope you shop at EB games again and then hung up the phone. I will be going to the local NYC news about this. I am also still waiting for Mr. Panitch's boss to call me back he has yet to do so. Don't shop EB Games.
