I was drawn into Replay Games today because of a sign they have out front that says "Trade in ANY 4 games and get an extra $20 in store credit"
I went in with 6 Xbox 360 games to trade up for something. The kid behind the counter told me he could give me $15 in trade. When I asked about the extra $20 in trade with ANY 4 games. The kid then told me it's with any 4 xbox360 or ps3 games that are worth $5 or more. So I clearly told him this is a bait & switch tactic to get people in the store. He told me it was more like a "Come inside for details thing". It never said anything of the sorts on the sign.
When I asked for the owner he informed me that HE was the owner. I was very taken back and told him I would NEVER shop in his store again. I even had a $30 gift card I was going to spend, so I took the card and gave it to the owner and told him he is better off keeping it since I will never shop there again.
I advise anyone trying to do business here NOT TO. I would like to know if this has happened to anyone else shopping here.
