Usbi claims that i ordered a calling card using my parents phone #. And have been charging them for the last two months. I never ordered this so called calling card or ever recieved it. When i called they simply stated they can only go off the info they have and can not tell me how these charges came about. They even said they will send a separate bill but will reverse the charges. I think it is time for a lawsuit so this company can stop these fraudulent claims. Who know how many other elderly people are getting billed and never question it.
