I found out that the Township of Woodbridge NJ has issued summonses to appear in court againt Century 21-Lee Realty for unlawfully renting the residence. We just filed an additional complaint in small cliams court in New Jersey in an attempt to get our security deposit back... Will keep you all posted. We also checked with the State of NJ BBB and found that the address provided for this Century 21 office is actually the address for a Translation Service. We also reported this man and his Company to NJ BBB and the NJ board of Realtors Investigative Section at the Attorney Generals Office. DONT deal with this Century 21 Office.
