C21 Prestige Realty and the agents there (Broker: Scott Nyman... Son of George and Sharon Nyman, who according to realtors in the area supposedly took over via their office: Century 21 Keysearch Realty) stole deposits on rental homes in the area.in November last year my family paid a deposit on a unit in Venture out for Lobster Mini Season in July 09. Our friends also placed a deposit on another unit in the resort. Well... They are crooks! Scott J Nyman took our deposit on our families vacation and is still a realtor... We hear he works for his mommy and daddy, and another agent says he lives in Fort Myers (wow that is where I live)... We found he and his wife on a property search and yes, they own a home in Fort Myers. We have tried all day to reach someone, no returned calls! I wonder how many hundreds of families were robbed, cheated and have lost their vacations thanks to these crooks?
The moms name is sharon... Scott still has an extension at their office. 305-451-3421 (ext 130) is their office number. Supposedly word on the street is that C21Keysearch took over C21 Prestige... They are ALL liable... Mom, dad and son!
