IDCServco, Elite Business Products, Express Distribution Center all the same company, must have to change their names around for protection. These people call, and say 'we have sent out your order', the problem is we do not order from them. They just assume that if someone answers the phone that means "YES send us overpriced items", guess what it doesn't! Then they will call another person in our company (other than me who has the say so over our office prducts) and state that the new order is from a previous backorder. We return all shipments from them, if we return the product in the first place, why on earth would we want the 'backorder'??? Then if you call the company and state you dont want the order all records of it magically disapears. (Then once again why did YOU call US?!!!) The customer service rep is always nasty when you tell them you dont want thier business, and it took over a month to get them to pick up thier product from our store and receive credit. They overcharge by an amazingly large amount. Normal toner from Staples or Quill would cost about $45.00, from them about $195.00, shipping around $90.00!!! If you are ever contacted by any of these "companies" contact you I strongly suggest hanging up!!! Once they talk to someone they wont stop calling, or sending you 'orders'.
