I rented a living room set from this company with my payments due once a month until I decided to change with the company permission to bi weekly since that is when I am paid. They come to my house for the pymnt since I didn't have a car (charged me 10.00 ea trip)
On 11/26 they came out to get the pymt of 45.00 (12.00 less than usual) and on 12/02 ONE week later the owner Ken called me for ANOTHER pymt. I explained that I am biweekly and did not owe a payment till 12/09. He was very rude and told me I needed to make a pymt of 90.00. I went into the store on 12/09 and made a pymnt. On this day this Ken (who presented himself as the owner told me if I didn't make a pymt 4 days later he would come and get my furniture. And that he was changing my pay frequency to WEEKLY now. This man was very rude; told me since he is the owner he can do as he pleased and that if I didn't like I could *.
I do not recommend this company to ANYONE. Customer Service is everything; HE has zero skills.
The other two guys who drive the truck are dolls. This man is a cretin.
