Consumer-Revenge.com States the advice offered is legal, but actually sounds like blackmail. Seller did not respond to request for refund of money. Ripoff

I got ripped off by a company and sought advice on how to get a refund from them. I turned to www.Consumer-Revenge.com, who stated on their website that their advice was legal and offered a money back guarantee if you didn't get results.

I ordered the eBook and reviewed its template letters. After researching a number of other sources, including usacomplaints.com, I decided that the letters sounded too threatening and might be construed as blackmail.

Feeling that the advice I received may not be legal, I emailed support stating my concerns and requesting a refund. After several days, I still have not received a response.

I am not a lawyer so my complaint is just my opinion. However, I am upset that I did not receive a response to my concerns.
