I moved to a dead area loosing service. I notified T-Mobile repeatedly to close my acct. I mailed my final pymt. With the check marked "FINAL PYMT." They cashed my final pymt. Check. They continue billing me monthly for service I did not, could not use. Contacted them again today. Their rep. Demands more money for the time period AFTER I first notified them to canx. - for services she admitts I did NOT use. Beware this scam!!!
