This company is also doing business as Publishers Billing Services in Salt Lake City Utah and Margate Florida. They rip people off by sending what appears to be a legitimate bill for a magazine renewal which you are currently subscribing to. They keep your money, but send only the renewal information to the magazine without your payment! Shame on them for scamming the public like this and shame on me for falling for it!
The customer service reps continue to lie about a refund and compromise their integrity to work for a scumbag company like this. Forget ever getting your money back!
They also continue to send "renewal notices" for other magazines once you have taken their bait. I get them on a regular basis, and now I send back the empty preaddressed envelopes with a 3 cent stamp so they will have to pay postage due just to get at my check. Imagine their surprise when they open the envelope and nothing is inside. I recommend this to everyone who is solicited by this company!
This company needs to be investigated by the US Postal Service and the state attorney.
