Coastal Apartments charged me and my roommate $225 for an apartment listing service which failed to deliver. We handed in all the paperwork for a refund, which has not appeared. The company now appears to have "moved", aka shut down, and cannot be reached. My experience with them matches other complaints on this website.
I've filed a BBB complaint and will do the same with the DOS. Are there any more options?
