I subscribed to Coastal Apartments service under the agreement that if we did not use there services to find an apartment that i would receive a refund. The next day i found an apartment through a different source. I called coastal to cancel my service subsricption and to have my money refunded. Coastal guaranteed me that my credit card wouldnt be charged. A couple of days later i checked again and i was charged so i called coastal again and a woman (using a fake name i later found out), again assured me a check would be issued. A week later i called again and demanded a checkto be cut to me. I went into the office and argued with a manager who finally cut me a check. That check bounced. After multiple emails to coastal apartments accounting dept (the # no longer works) has led me to this site.
