Bought something that was not as nice as pictured. This "antique" had been broken and repaired - no mention of that in the description!
When I received it, i tried to get a refund. Got no response. Waited, tried again. Nothing. Then it was outside their "refund policy" time period. (How convenient.)
Wrote 3 more times - still, no response. It's only $20 for cryin' out loud.
