I received the product (Muppet Babies DVD Set) on 10/31 and it was damaged. The case was broken because it was packaged poorly. That day I emailed the seller. I stated that it was damaged along with other concerns. The seller had pictures and a description online that did not match the product that I received. I got an email back a few weeks later saying that they would give me a partial refund. I responded saying that I had tried the dvds in 3 different dvd players and it did not work in any of them. These discs are obviously bootleg copies, and I wrote asking for a full refund and said I would return the product. I have written several times and have never received another response.
