I was very disapointed with the company. When I joined I didn't understand what I was to do, so I wanted to go on the forum and speak with other members. The forum was down. On another WAH forum I was a member of, I met someone that said they closed the forum due to something he had said. I decided then and there I wasn't interested in getting involved in another difficult company that didn't live up to my hopes and expectations.
I instantly wrote to request a refund. The site stated a no questions asked refund for up to a period of 60 days. (I had been a member only a few weeks) I got no response. Again I wrote and informed them that if I didn't get my refund I would go through paypal to get it back. I still didn't get a response. I finally did go through paypal, and THAT finally got a response. I forget exactly who I coresponded with (but I still have all the e-mails) but he stated I was too late for a refund. I quoted the site, and said how can I be too late? He simply repeated that I was too late. My point, where I qouted the site, was blatantly ignored. Finally they convinced Paypal that I was not due a refund, and never got anything.
