Prepaid is a good idea and a good service. I beleive that Harland Stonecipher really wants to help people to acheive their dreams. I just don't think there is enough of him to supervise all the goings on all over the united states. There are provider law firms out there all over that are getting away with not giving any information or help to their clients. There are referal attorneys all over that are getting away with double dipping because prepaid clients aren't reading their welcome booklets closely enough or they just simply don't understand what they are reading. I think that associates aren't trained enough on the legal aspect of the service. I think that the company does have a few bugs to work out. I also think that there are alot of sharks out there only out for themselves. I wasn't pleased with my experience with prepaid as a client nor as an associate. I have read the good and the bad on this page. Unfortunately the outlook for prepaid legal getting a firm foundation here in my state is highly unlikely unless there are some major changes.
