He called me about my search for legal help friday. Identified himself as a prepaid legal independent associate. He seemed to know about my account and that it was not open. He said I had to reopen it in order for my case to be looked at and dealt with. Gave me the normal information prepaid would give me, said it would take 2 business days and that he would call me monday or tuesday. When he did not call I decided to call for an update. I kept getting forwarded to message. Prepaid Legal said that number is not associated with them, but it may just mean the associate has not yet updated his file. I have not been able to get hold of this person, I keep getting forwarded to message.
