I would like everyone contemplating buying a pair of
Luminator sunglasses to take my advice... DON'T!
In July 05" I spoke with the Company resentitive, Mitch
who was very friendly and helpful with my questions, etc.
About their sunglasses. I sent in a Western Union moneyorder for $39.90 the required shipping charge for their clip-on Luminators of which I did recieve in the mail.
Two days after recieving them, I was carefully cleaning
them and they broke at the nose piece section.
Knowing their Policy that they can be returned for any reason within 6 weeks, I again spoke to Mitch who told me to return them to their Ontario, CA. Address to recieve a refund. I did so but have never recieved my refund.
I contacted Mitch several times more by e-mail but his friendliness had faded and he never responded to my requests of assistance, I also wrote by U.S. Mail their Ontario address but again no answer or assistance by anyone at the Luminator Co.
