Sprint Long Distance $. 10 a min.???
I don't think so. See my bill below up to $2.99 per min.
Also see the letters below. I really dislike companies
that will rip you off and then state the customer does not understand. Well let me tell you something, I understand.

Dear Sprint,

Your service rep. Diane-Cherry-Krueger stated she would credit our acct. $33.80. The reason was that Sprint disconnected our service (without telling us) and then started to charge us $2.99 per min for our calls.

Now you are sending collection notices. Is this how you treat your new customers?

Please read this letter at your next sales meeting. This is without a doubt the worst Long Distance service we have ever had.

Each month we have been with Sprint has required at least 30 min on your toll free trying to get someone with an IQ above 50 to correct our bill.

Its overcharging for calls, or billing us for FonCard services that we do not use or something.

This is it guys, credit the acct. This month or you will lose another customer.

Our Sprint long distance records, indicate no credit given for $33.80 or notes from Diane Cherry Kruger. We need more information on these calls that were billed at $2.99 a minute and copies of the local phone bill they were charged on. This will allow us to verify if credit should be given.

I have invested to much time as it is. You can pull the records from US West.

I have been through this 3 times already!

As I stated the credit must show on our acct. Next billing or we will find another company.

You can find the $2.99 per min. On the Jan 28,1999 bill from US West. They stated on a 3 WAY call with YOUR company, that YOU canceled my service, charged the high rates and then re-instated my service.

I am sick and tried of your company trying to steal from me and giving me the run around.

I will be filing a complaint with the F.C.C. This week.
