I have been billed since July up until now, March for a service that was ordered and canceled in the the same month.
A representative called July to offer the World Voice Link 800# service. I accepted, and was given a pin # to set up the account, however, it never worked. I called to inform the company of the error, and was basically treated as if I lacked the the intelligence to enter in a simple pin#. Because I realise I am human and capable of mistakes, I politely took the instructions from the CSR, and thanked her.
I tried to set the service up again the next day, but it was not succesful. It was apparent that the error was on their end. So I called the company and what happened on the phone was enough for me to know that this company was not for me.
Customer service could not remedy the situation and so I did the logical thing... I cancelled the service. (a service I never had any way).
I have been billed every month since! They refuse to credit my account. They even refused to give me their Corporate Address. They would not let me speak to a supervisor. They hung up on me repeatedly. I have spent many hours trying to resolve this and I don't know what to do.
