My situation with World Voice Link Inc. Is that they called and told me i would receive a free pager & voicemail. And if i wanted to keep it all i had to do was call them back and confirm.
Well i never gat the pager and they started billing me on my home phone. They billed me a fee of $54.56 and then monthly bills of $20.24. I called them several times and told them i didn't want it and to cancel it.
They kept telling me that they would cancel it and never did. Then i spoke with a superviser and she said she would refund me all my money if i sent her all my bills that it appeared on. I was on the phone with her for over an hour.
When i got all my bills i called back and they told me that they had no idea of what i was talking about. And hung up on me. Now i can't find the number and they still owe me money from june feburary 2002.
I'm very upset with their customer service. I work in a call center so i know how to talk on the phone with a customer even if their rude and obvisouly don't.
