Ok... So i gave in to phone solicitation but NEVER again...
No matter how nice the person sounds and how good the deal seems never give anyone Anything over the phone!!! I learned the hard way!!!
This company said they would send me a box and i had 7 days to call and cancel... But i never recieved any box... The only things i recieved were a calling card and an overdraft statement from my bank!
They say they will put you on a "refund pending log" and send a check back to you but they can't pay the overdraft fee. And to get your check back to you faster, have your bank call them and verify your situation.
So i called by bank, they put a stop payment on that check for free and will even refund the overdraft fee. But she said she wouldn't call that company because they might try to get more info out of her...
So thank god for small town banks!
And the calling card i recieved (which i called a few minues ago and cancelled and will call again later to make SURE it cancelled) is 49.99 a month if you don't cancel before you 21 day trial... Oh, but it's easy as "1-2-3". My Butt!!!
