I canceled my teliflex subscription the minute i recieved it by mail. March 14 i'm looking at my bill online and i see a check payment for $49.95 and i don't remember making a check for that amount, so when i saw that company's name i flipped. They did an unauthorized payment.
I called and it took me a while to get through, i had to call a bank number that was on the check and he told me i had to call that number and press pound twice. I talked to a rep named Patty and she told me i never cancelled my subscription (lie) i explained that i did for all three she said i did'nt and gave me a confirmation number and said to put that and my name, number, address and say Please send me my refund. How dare they!
She said my refund will be delt with by the order my letter was recieved, so in other word we don't give a crap.
I can't believe there's people that would work for companys that take honest, hard working people money not only that but i got overdraft $30.00. I can't believe i let these jerks do this to me.
