I ordered a halloween costume from doxy lingerie on sept. 23. My visa card was charged on sept. 28th. The doxy website states all halloween orders placed before oct. 1 would be recieved by the 28th. It also states that all e-mails will be answered in 12 hours. I have e-mailed several times and recieved no response.in my e-mails i requested the status of my delivery, that is all. I have heard nothing.
I only want to know whether or not I will have it by the 28th. If not, i want a refund as the guarantee was not met. I will not tell you one way or another whether you should order through Doxy. All I know is that i have had unsatisfactory results in my attempts at contacting the owner and determining the status of my order. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau.
