Star Satellite came to my home, sold me their equipment and services, wrote me up an agreement and promissed me pricing in writing, when I received the bill from Dish Network, it was three times the amount, not to mention when they installed the equipment it wasn't what the sales person sold me. This is a very long story with a 3 month history of complaints with the BBB of Provo Utah. Go figure they aren't a member.

Allison Smith is their "manager", who never follows through with what she tells the BBB she is going to do and loves threating customers with extremely high cancellation fees as a scare tactic.
Luckily, Dish Network reversed all of their fees associated with my account and disconnected my services, however Ms. Smith has been threating me for 3 months of cancellation fees in excess of $500.
Someone should really STOP this company from taking advantage of anyone else!!!
