This report concerns "Abenergizer" a Genesis Intermedia product being advertised currently on television.
The website either AS SEEN ON TV.com or Abenergizer.com promises 4-6 week delivery but it has been more than 12 weeks and counting since I placed my order and a message on the voice mail system indicates that this is not an isolated problem.
The customer service number, 1-800-457-0825 is constantly busy of if you are really lucky you may get the voice mail system but it is impossible to speak to a live customer service agent. The email addresses on the websites are nonexistent and the email address "[email protected]" is not responded to promptly if at all.
I am beginning to wonder whether this is just a very poor customer service issue or if there is a genuine case of consumer fraud ("Ripoff") happening.
