My daughter bought a "monk's robe" costume from this company. When I looked at the bill, I realized the company had charged her $13.86 for shipping and handling, almost as much as the cost of the costume she purchased ($14). I immediately tried to contact the company to cancel the order, but the only method of contact is email and I received no response. I contacted the company about my frustrations, to no avail.
The item my daughter ordered was a small flat package, which should have cost $2 or $3 to send. I asked the company to refund a "reasonable portion" of the shipping and handling charges. They refused.
