Order checks a month before I was to run out. I had moved since the last order so I faxed the company a copy of my checking statement (address portion only) to prove the address change was ligitimate.
A month later I still don't have checks so I email the company to inquire on the status (it was only supposed to take 3-4 weeks and a month has gone by). Company doesn't respond via email, now why do they have an email address if they don't monitor it?
I called them 2-3 days later and find my order is on hold. Why didn't their web site indicate this "hold" status instead of in production?
Evidently they had a record that I did send the address change fax but couldn't find it, they stated I could re-fax the document but they wouldn't expedite the order at their expense since they screwed up.
