This is a warning to any future users of Check Gallery. They are on the internet and advertise heavily in junk mail flyers. I have used them in the past and was happy. This time I sent in an order using old checks as a template crossing out my old address and writing in my new address. They cashed my check but when I went online to find the status of my order I discovered the checks were sent to my old address (where a scary person lives and definitely has a reason to get back at me because I reported him for building code violations). I called customer service and the woman I spoke to insisted that I had not provided my new address. There is nothing I can do about it now. Check Gallery will not offer a refund and hundreds of blank checks are out in the work depending on the honesty of whoever gets them. I did not keep copies of my order form and so I cannot prove that I provided my new address. I now have to close my account to protect myself against Check Gallery's carelessness. My advise to anyone ordering from Check Gallery to to keep copies of your order and the checks you send in so that you can hold them accountable if they do this to you. (As I said, I've used this company for years with no problems before and they are definitely cheaper than ordering checks from a bank.)
