Sent me an offer for capital choice consumer credit platinum card, i payed a $43 fee to reciece it, and never did ripoff

I had recieved an offer for a capital choice consumer credit platinum card, i agreed to the terms within the offer and sent a money order for $43 to become a member. Capital choice consumer credit never sent me my card!!! Alexchillicothe, Ohio
