As a former administrative employee of this group of companies I personally witnessed fraudulent, misleading, and "doctored" financial and insurance, and marketing information being provided to smaller non-public companies to entice them to trade their stock for the stock of the companies listed in this report.
After the smaller companies' stock was 100% "acquired" by the companies, officers, and directors of the companies listed in this report the cash and assets were systematically stripped out of the companies and when nothing was left the employees were terminated and the company closed.
They breached the contracts knowing the smaller companies did not have the resources to hire attorneys who were competent enough to handle such a convoluted and extended suit.
The officers and directors went to great lengths to provide fraudulent information to the employees of the companies being acquired about being able to sell their stock for 5 to 7 times what it was selling for at the time. They were able to acquire and strip 4 companies that I am aware of.
The owners and stockholders of the "acquired" companies were left penniless and without compensation for the years of efforts they put into building their businesses.
If you are an owner, officer, or director of a small company who is being offered the opportunity to sell your company for stock in any of these companies or through any of these individuals - get all your cash up front a solid contract that they cannot come back after you.
