I placed and order for table cloths with this company last week. On line, the product showed that it was in stock. I paid and additional fee so that the order would be delivered within one week. The next day, I placed a smaller, second order for the same product. I contacted EFavormart Live Chat (that is the ONLY way to contact them) to check the status of my purchase. I was informed that the tablecloths were out of stock and would not be in stock until much later. When I asked why the company accepted my money when they knew the product was not in stock, they became rude, short tempered, never apologizing or offering a remedy to the solution. I had to chat several times to get any information from them, and the statements were very cryptic and most were one word.

I attempted to contact them again today after checking to see if my money had been placed back into my account, only to find that I am now blocked from contacting them, so I used another name to contact. They immediately began to chat, but when I asked about my refund, they told me the SECOND ORDER (which was a much smaller one) had been refunded. They told me to count my money in the bank.

I tried to contact them again by checking the status of my orders and was told my email address was not the one I used when I placed my order. (It's my only email address, and they accepted it when I first contacted them. Therefore, there was no way for me to check my order status.

I tried to call the telephone number they gave me, but got a busy signal several times. They did tell me that I would not receive customer support at this number.

At this point, I am out of my money! I have no products, and I have no way to get in touch with this company.

I have dealt with other companies online who have messed up orders, but none of them has been rude, cryptic, and tried to make me and my problems appear to be unimportant. Most companies do everything they can to correct mistakes, but not this company. With most companies, the custome is important because they want them to purchase again. It does not seem to matter what my feelings are with EFavormart.

Also, I still don't have my money back and I am really upset about that. I would like to know what can be done to companies like this who rip people off, hold on to their money, and remain in business to do this to other, unsuspecting shoppers.
