Conrad Vernon, over the past 15 years, has started numerous companies by the names Audittogo, Sitesnet, Interdigm, Vernon Environmental, and now Greenbridge International. He starts these companies very legitimately and structures them to limit all personal liability. He then swindles people into corporate positions/consultants with the promises of stock options, increased compensation "once the company starts making money", and convertible notes in exchange for labor. He then treats them as indentured servants, guilting them with how much he has done for them, what their "corporate obligations" are, etc. These people he has made promises to then can't afford to bankroll him and leave the company due to lack of ability to financially stick out. Yet somehow he and his companies retain all assets produced. He never pays money owed and even better he has structure agreements that the employees/consultants will never see his stock shares.
