We needed a tree sprayed in our backyard due to an infestation. On August 10th a guy from Great Lakes Landcare came at around 9am and sprayed the tree for $45.
The treatment didn't take and the insects were still there. I called the company two days after, and the person over the phone told us we had to wait five days, and if there was still a problem they would give the tree a second spraying free of charge.
We had to call them four times before they finally came out again on September 3rd, and after they did a bill was left at our door for $45 (we weren't home at the time). My husband called them back about this, and he was told that we had to call within five days. Technically, we did, and we called after, but they want to tell two stories. As of right now (sept. 7th) the dispute is still on and the service said they would "call back tomorow" after speaking with the manager.
We will never use this service again. Aside from the poor service, the lies, and the impotency of their service they were also very rude and uneffective over the phone. Not people I like to have to deal with.
