I HAVE BEEN APART OF GLCU FOR 2 YEARS ever since i was in boot camp, they promise good customer service and low fees. About 9 months ago i tried to get checks sent to me at my new command in california (i have a checking account with more money then the bank has) and the ladie told me that i have to come in to fill out a form to get new checks and do a change of address. Now these rude, lazy people know they are dealing with military people who will not be no where close to there office in the near future and told me to come in to the office LIES LIES LIES!
Do you remember when they come in and tell your division, "your visa check card will even work on the ship" Bullship is what i'm telling you, nor does it work overseas in naples.
I have tried and tried to have them transfer my funds to a different bank and everytime it is something else, or it will take 4 to 6 months to do and in that time you will not be able to access your account I have never heard of such HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU HAD $5 TO $30 DOLLARS COME UP MISSING! Think back this bank should be shut down and the people fined for there conduct.
