I was billed $16.02 for 7 minutes of internet access. When I called to get information the company could give me absolutely nothing. I was told to check my computer logs. I refused to pay until they could tell me exactly what I was being billed for. They could not or would not give me a web address, phone number or even the web address of the company that submitted the bill to them.
