I would just like to warn anyone in the Akron, Cleveland area about Atlas Pools and Spa or Pool Palace! If your looking for a pool or spa, trust me, look elsewhere!!!
First off, they set us up with an installer which we were led to believe the installer worked for them, we where told we would have sand put under our pool, but the installer said our ground was nice so therefor he did not use sand!
Second, we called the very next day to let them know that there where rocks piercing up the bottom of the pool, the salesperson told us to put on our sneakers and stomp it out! Yeah right! We paid extra for it to be installed right, and it wasn't, i'm not taking my shoes in the water they should!
Third, it took 2 weeks just for the installer to call us, he came out to look and said he would get with the salesperson and let us know about fixing it! It is now Aug 31, and we had it installed June 8th.
Finally, i was done with the stupidity of the salesperson and installer, that i went up to the store and asked for the owner and was told he was out of town and would be back in 3 days. Well needless to say 2 to 3 weeks went by and no call from the owner!!! I decided to file a complaint with the better business bureau. Well the day they received the complaint the owner all the sudden returns from vacation, calls my husband screaming at him on the phone calling him stupid! We told him everything the salesperson told us and he went on to say that the salesperson is fired!!! They are nothing but liars! That salespeprson who messed up our order and installation is still working there!
Well the rocks that we called about the following day of the install, have now come through, and we have 3 holes in the pool and they say they will not fix it! We paid a total of $4900.00 for this stupid pool and there installer ruined in less than one season, I felt that they should stick behind their work and fix the pool! But according to them they think where the stupid ones, and i agree with them only because we bought our pool from those stupid idiots!!! Don't make the same mistake as us!!
