When the installer put in our pool. I told him it wasn't level but he said his instrument read level. Upon filling the pool, it was almost 5 inches out of level. I called the company, and Jim, the service manager, said enjoy the pool and they would send someone to fix it. At the end of the summer, they sent a crew (fired the 1st guy) and they level the pool, and put in a new liner. They did all they said they would do and more in a timely manner. Great customer service!
